My family and I went on an Alaskan cruise the summer of 2010. We chose a ziplining excursion in Ketchican. As I nervously made my way up the hill the reality that a thin wire and a caribeaner clip was my literal lifeline gave me pause. There was a family in front of us and the mother of the family firmly said "no" and headed down the hill. The urging of her family didn't sway her to stay.
